It's October, which means fall has arrived for good. Not only do I increasingly enjoy drinking hot beverages such as coffee or a dark chocolate (well let's not talk about that pumpkin spice latte) but I'm also a big tea-holic when it comes to the colder months of the year. One of my all-time favorite homemade teas is this mint and ginger one, refined with some freshly squeezed lemon juice and a bit of honey.
As the pictures are quite self-explanatory anyway, I won't come up with a detailed tutorial but here's what you'll need:
- Lemon Mint
It's super easy and quick as you basically just need to boil some water, put all the ingredients in it and finally let in brew for some minutes. Voilà! Let me know what you think about it and be sure to share some pictures if you try it yourself! I would also love to hear about what you guys preferably like drinking during autumn and winter or what beats our beloved Pumpkin Spice Latte these days. Have a nice Sunday and a even better start to the week (did I mention I'll start University TOMORROW? I'm not ready yet!) x -Alina
